Description
From basic to advanced techniques, there's something for everyone who wants to do some experimenting with Peyote stitch in their jewelry making.Creative Native American Beading - Theresa Geary
Contemporary Interpretations of Traditional Motifs
This book would be good for someone who knows peyote stitch and is looking for some projects. There are 19 projects in the book, mostly intermediate to advanced level, though there are a couple for beginners. Each project does go over the stitches used and there's a gorgeous dream catcher project that makes me want to keep the book! The book is in excellent, almost unused condition with just one smudge (sticker residue?) in the upper right corner.
Beading with Peyote Stitch - Jeannette Cook and Vicki Star
This book would be good for a beginner. A third of the book is materials and stitches, the second third is projects and the last third is a gallery of works created with peyote stitch. Book is in excellent condition with very minor surface scratches on front and back cover.
Peyote Stitch, Basic Techniques, Advanced Results - From the publishers of Bead & Button
Another book for the intermediate/advanced beader, but a beginner could probably work through the steps thanks to the many excellent photos and instructions. For anyone who ever loved the Bead & Button magazine, this book by the same publishers does not disappoint.
Book is in excellent, unused condition.
Quick & Easy Stitched Jewelry - Cathy Jakicic
A beginner book for incorporating seed bead stitches into bead stringing designs. It has some unique ways of using different bead stitches to make components for stringing. Each project has a thorough supply list. The only odd thing is the instructions for the basics is at the back of the book. In excellent, unused condition.
All from a smoke free environment. Retail price for all 4 books is over . Shipping is .50 for media mail.
