in fantastic condition, Nascar/Goodear tires promotional poster they sent to the retail stores for display. This is in mint condition. I found a box of 100 of these, never mailed out, bought at an estate sale from a nascar collector and who also was a sales manager for Goodyear. priced low to blow them out fast.
