This item is a youth driving safety brochure from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company called Welcome to the Highway.  It has 23 pages and is quite fun to look at and read. I am not sure of the publication date..thinking late 50s to early 60s but am not sure. It measures about 5 1/2 X 9 inches and is in very good to excellent condition with no rips, tears, stains.
It has all sorts of driving tips. Particularly enjoy pages 16-17..."Creep With a Heap" "The Attention Getter" Miss-Guided Missle" "Bus Boy" "Curbstone Cowboy" and "Big Mouth"...these are driving types.
